Bonnie Raitt

I have always been a Bonnie Raitt fan.  When I went to see her in concert, I expected it to be enjoyable.  But I was not expecting the incredible experience to which she treated us.  The opening act was Keb Mo, who was excellent.  But he could not compete with the smooth licks of Bonnie's guitar or the smooth lyrics of her songs.  Because the concert was outdoors, at the Oklahoma City Zoo Amphitheatre, the overcast skies made me a bit nervous.  But about 2 hours before the concert, the clouds cleared, the wind died down and the moon came out.  It was a perfect evening for a perfect concert.
